Location: Remote Job


This is a Customer Support Role. Manage back-end operations using various tools. Part of the customer delight team that is the first point of contact for enquiries, bookings, on-going transactions. A critical role, ensure smooth delivery of service and delight customer with awesome experience.


Responsibility


  • Responsible for back-end operational processes

  • Responsible for smooth service delivery

  • Communicate with providers and customers on a daily basis

  • Manage and maintain CRM tools

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and hosts- positive & empathetic attitude

  • Ensuring customer issues are resolved and following up to confirm satisfaction. 

  • This is a shift based role


Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience 

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

  • Good knowledge of Excel
